This notice explains the information requested by the website’s enquiry form and the ways you can contact us.
What you share
The enquiry form requests your name, email, WhatsApp number, chosen journey, party size and preferred dates. An additional message is optional. Avoid putting sensitive information in that message.
How enquiries are handled
Details are used to respond to your travel enquiry. When online submission is available, the form saves the enquiry for follow-up. If it is unavailable, the form offers a WhatsApp link containing the details you entered. You choose whether to open that link and send the message.
External services
Journey maps load map tiles from OpenStreetMap when you scroll near them. Your browser sends the map provider your IP address and normal request information to display the map. Selecting an external map link opens that provider’s website.
WhatsApp and your email provider process messages under their own privacy terms when you choose to contact us through those services. The website does not collect payment-card information.
Questions & requests
Enquiry details are not sold or rented. They may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website and respond to you, or disclosed where legally required. We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.
