DAY 01Arrive in Chengdu
Meet your guide at Tianfu International Airport and transfer to the hotel. The day is free to settle in and discover the city at your own pace.
DAY 02Pandas & the rhythm of Chengdu
Visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, pause for tea in Renmin Park and wander Jinli Old Street.
DAY 03Temple courtyards to mountain country
Explore Wenshu Temple and Chengdu Museum, with time around Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. Take the high-speed train to Zhangjiajie.
DAY 04Glass bridges & hidden caves
Visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and the Glass Bridge, then discover Yellow Dragon Cave by boat and on foot.
DAY 05Among the floating mountains
Explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park via Ten-Mile Gallery, the Bailong Elevator, Yuanjiajie and Tianzi Mountain before descending by cable car.
DAY 06Tianmen Mountain to Chongqing
Ride up Tianmen Mountain and explore its cliffside paths and natural arch, then transfer by high-speed rail to Chongqing.
DAY 07A city in layers
Discover Chongqing’s skyline and rivers, Longmenhao Old Street and an observation deck. End among Hongya Cave’s illuminated buildings.
DAY 08History & farewell
Visit the Three Gorges Museum, People’s Assembly Hall, Liziba Station and Ciqikou Old Town. Return toward Chengdu for the flight, subject to final timings.
